As an Auditor, you will work with a variety of associates and leaders throughout the organization at CarMax Auto Finance (CAF) and CarMax to assess the Companys compliance.Work Location and Arrangement: This role will be based out of the Kennesaw, GA CAF location and have a Hybrid work arrangementWork Authorization: Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.What youll do Essential Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and execution of company operational regulatory compliance audits.
• Perform testing of company processes to ensure compliance with laws and regulations in a complex multi-state environment.
• Assist in the development of value-added services (i.e. process improvements and best practice policies) for different operational areas, with guidance from other Compliance Associates and Mangers.
  • Assist in gathering and testing documentation required for compliance audits, services provider compliance audits, CarMax product reviews, store audits, external examinations, conduit banks reviews, and securitization parties all within the scope of operational regulatory compliance.

      • Bachelors degree in accounting, finance, or related field and 1-2 years of audit, auto finance operations, or compliance experience or 5+ years relevant formal compliance or audit experience in lieu of a degree.
      • CPA, CIA, or CISA are a plus.
      • Strong background in internal controls and compliance.
      • Excellent business writing and verbal communication skills.
      • Ability to interact effectively with various levels of management in business units, work on team based projects in addition to working independently.
