A company is looking for a Director of Sales Enablement.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive learning and development
program for Sales and Account Management
Collaborate with senior stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives
and sales methodology adoption
Mentor and lead a team of sales enablement professionals while
tracking the effectiveness of initiatives
Required Qualifications
BA/BS degree with 7-10 years of experience in Sales Enablement or
Learning & Development
Proven leadership experience in managing enablement teams in B2B
SaaS environments
Expertise in adult learning principles and current L&D
trends
Strong knowledge of sales methodologies and training tools
Exceptional relationship-building skills with project management
experience
