Job Description:
A company is looking for an Inbound Sales Advisor to contribute
to its consumer strategy by handling inbound calls and managing
customer inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver sales results by providing exceptional customer service and
exceeding monthly sales goals for strategic products
Maintain and grow the existing customer base by addressing billing
inquiries and service requests
Stay current with promotions and products to meet or exceed sales
goals
Required Qualifications
6+ months of experience in a sales role
2+ years of experience using a PC with various software
packages
Ability to handle a high volume of phone calls in a structured
environment
Understanding of telecommunication products and services
Successful completion of classroom training required
