Job Description:

OMNI Consulting Solutions is seeking a Junior Consultant to provide data science / data analysis support to a critical law enforcement customer. The Junior Consultant will provide data expertise in support of various project tasks and business process improvement efforts, including preparing clear reports to ensure smooth and effective project outcomes.Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with customer stakeholders to identify business problems and develop solutions.
• Conduct research, collect and analyze data, and create reports to provide insights and recommendations.
• Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the engagement.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
• Prepare and present project documentation, including reports, memos, and summaries, with clarity and precision.
• Participate in client meetings, contributing insights and assisting in maintaining project alignment with client needs and objectives.Minimum Requirements:
  • Automation skills and experience with MS Power Automate.
  • Strong programming skills with knowledge of Python.
  • Proven experience with data analysis.
  • Experience with data science tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Management, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of consulting experience, preferably in government or federal contracts. Educational requirement may be waived with five (5) or more years of experience.
  • Active Top Secret clearance is required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for documentation, data management, and reporting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent verbal and written communication abilities, and adaptability in a team-oriented environment.Nice to Have Skills:
    • Experience with human capital management, workforce planning or organizational design.
    • Experience with data visualization tools.
