Overview: IntelliBridge is an award-winning national security company with an immediate opening for a Senior Intelligence Analyst to support a federal client's counterintelligence program. The analyst will provide focused support for intelligence and operational initiatives in national security or law-enforcement related matters. The analyst should have experience developing intelligence reports and analytic products consistent with Office of the Director of National Intelligence tradecraft and integrity standards.Clearance: Active Top-Secret clearance, with an in-scope Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph, within the past five years.Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 10 years of experience in the intelligence field supporting a USIC agency (two (2) years' Counterintelligence experience relative to Russia)
• Proven experience developing and writing classified intelligence products in accordance with ODNI tradecraft and analytic integrity standards for the FBI or a USIC agency in an Intelligence Analyst position;
• Extensive knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (Word / Excel / PowerPoint / Access);
• Excellent oral and written communication skills;
• Utilize Intelligence Community style guide for grammar and sentence structure;
• Able to review and analyze multiple documents to determine common trends and properly articulate what was identified through papers and reports;
• Able to identify pertinent information and draw conclusions and recommendations and articulate these findings in reports and papers;
• Exceptional interpersonal skills;
• All Contractor personnel supporting this TO shall have experience in at least three (3) of the following areas:
  • Providing targeting analysis and/or writing targeting packages;
  • Source identification and development;
  • Source validation;
  • Strategic analysis;
  • Tactical analysis;
  • Intelligence collection management;
  • Geoint experience;
  • One year of experience in the FBI's Intelligence Program within the last five (5) years;Education Requirements:
