Pay Rate: $85,000 - $100,000 per year (depending on experience)

  • Managing Operations: You'll run the show, making sure everything's ticking along smoothly between the shop and road teams, and working closely with other departments like sales, finance, and parts.
  • Building Relationships: You'll be the go-to for our customers-solving any issues they have, building strong connections, and growing the service side of the business.
  • Managing the Bottom Line: You'll help with budgeting, reviewing financials, and making sure the service department stays profitable and efficient. You'll also be in charge of keeping an eye on performance and improving the workflow. Operations Manager Job Requirements:
