Job Description:
A company is looking for a Networks Operations Center Engineer
to monitor and troubleshoot application environments.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor large multi-tiered application environments using various
tools
Partner with internal teams to ensure maximum application
uptime
Implement processes for issue detection, notification, and
escalation
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems, Computer
Science, or related area
5+ years of experience in a NOC, Systems Administration, or Help
Desk environment
Understanding of TCP/IP, VPN, RDP, Windows, and AWS Workspaces
Working knowledge of service management principles
Willing and able to work alternate shifts as required
