Associate Director, Product Marketing (Enroll360 Products)At

looking for a talented, driven, and entrepreneurial marketer to
lead Product Marketing for Enroll360 Products-Appily, Intersect,
and Match. This role is based in Washington, D.C. or Richmond,
Virginia. This position is posted at the Associate Director and
Senior Analyst levels; candidates are being considered at both
levels for the one current opening.Primary Responsibilities:
- Inflects sales and renewals by contributing to compelling
marketing plans based on a deep understanding of buyer journeys and
personas; develops creative solutions to challenges facing
commercial teams.
- Develops high-quality, differentiating content that helps EAB
sustain and improve its competitive position in multiple education
research markets.
- Selects best channels, messages, stories, and media for
generating awareness and leads, acquiring visits, furthering
evaluations, and closing new business.
- Prioritizes project queue to maximize impact on sales funnel
and new business.
- Writes, produces, and edits effective content that could
include blog posts, case studies, conference
proposals/presentations, insight papers, webinars, infographics,
video testimonials, executive briefings, reference webinars, visit
decks, scripts, competitive positioning pieces, brochures,
executive summaries, website content, furthering tools, urgency
documents, and other collateral.
- Develops and maintains a content calendar/pipeline based on
external research and interviews with internal stakeholders.
- Interprets complex issues and presents them effectively; adapts
style, tone, and word choice to various media.
- Proactively edits existing collateral and/or scripting to
reflect latest market intelligence.
- Achieves high standards of quality, productivity, and
timeliness.
- Proposes and tests new channels, deliverables, formats, and
ideas.
- Actively contributes to the evolution of the firm's Product
Marketing function, sharing insights and best practices to enhance
overall performance.
- Aligns with sales team leaders to develop content strategy,
prioritize initiatives, develop/finalize deliverables, and launch
materials with sales team.
- Collaborates with other groups within marketing and across the
firm, such as creative services, partner success, product
management, research, and events.Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5-6+ years professional experience in product
marketing, content strategy, research, digital marketing, or
marketing communications.
- Able to clearly and precisely express complex ideas in written
and graphical form; skilled at adapting language, format, and style
for various media and audiences.
- Able to take ownership and drive projects from beginning to
end, working with multiple groups effectively and on multiple
projects concurrently.
- Proficient with Microsoft PowerPoint and Word.
- Intellectually curious, quick study, creative, attentive to
detail, self-motivated.
- Willing to travel to a Richmond and/or D.C. office twice
annually to meet with team members.Ideal Qualifications:
- Master's degree in business, marketing, communications, or
higher education.
- Knowledge of and/or professional experience in the U.S. higher
education industry, ideally enrollment marketing.
- Experience working in a team environment, as well as
independently and autonomously.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with senior
executives in both oral and written formats.
- Demonstrated experience in managing projects and meeting
deadlines.

Promise.Compensation:The anticipated starting salary (base) range
for this role is $75,000 - $100,000 per year. Actual salary varies
due to factors that may include but not be limited to relevant
experience, skills, and location. This hire will additionally be
eligible for discretionary bonus or incentive
