Job Description:
A company is looking for a Tax Data Specialist responsible for
maintaining tax profile data for customers and processing profile
update requests.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding systems
and basic tax inquiries
Manage cases for assigned customer teams to provide timely
responses and maintain customer information
Review and analyze payroll tax data on behalf of customers and meet
quality and production metrics
Required Qualifications
Working knowledge of Payroll and Payroll Tax
2+ years of customer service experience
Experience with multistate business tax registrations and/or
licensing is highly desired
Associate degree in a related field preferred
Previous experience with TaxEx, Workday, PeopleSoft, or other ERP
HR/Payroll systems preferred
